Who qualifies for at-home wound care services?
We support patients with wounds that are 30 days old and greater (considered chronic), including burns, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers (bed sores), radiation wounds, surgical wounds (non-healing or dehiscence), tunneling wounds, trauma wounds, venous stasis, and vascular wounds. Complimentary insurance verification is available to confirm eligibility.

What services are included in the home care visits?
Our weekly in-home visits include wound assessment, application of biologic skin substitutes, collaboration with your existing care team, and personalized advanced treatment planning—all led by a wound care-certified practitioner.

Most patients pay $0 out of pocket. We handle insurance verification at no cost to you, ensuring clarity before any treatment begins.
